Does installing a fence require a permit and will C&C Fencing secure that permit?
Depending on the county and height of the fence, a permit may be required. We can pull the permit for you, but we need a copy of your plot and you need to sign some papers in order to do so. We also charge a small fee to cover permit costs and downtime.
Does it matter how big or small my yard is?
How fast can you install it?
An average size yard (200 to 300 linear feet) will take us approx. two days to complete. One day to set the post, the next day to erect the fence. Unfortunately our job requires excavating holes to set fence posts. Digging is what sets the tone on the job-site. There is no way of telling what we might run into until we start the job so keep an extra day aside just in case.
What is your warranty policy?
C & C Fencing offers a two-year unconditional warranty on installation (quality of workmanship & materials) plus factory warranties are available on vinyl & aluminum fencing.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Our Maryland Home Improvement License is #89742, and we have Liability and Workers Comp.
What type of fence do I need for my swimming pool?
Swimming pools constructed in Maryland require a fence/pool wall that exceeds at least 48 inches. Above ground pools may require a fence if your deck does not have a gate that separates the deck from the pool. Fencing requirements can vary county by county, so it is important to work with a professional to make sure your fencing is installed properly and to local codes. We can help you determine your fencing needs and install the most appropriate solution.
I have plans drawn up from my landscape architect/swimming pool company. Can you install to those specs?
Yes, we can install fences to your landscape architects or swimming pool installation company’s design specs.
