Wide variety of design possibilities including curvilinear forms. Common solution for swimming pools.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Maintenance-Free.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Color choices:<\/strong> Yes. Black is standard. Green, black, bronze sandstone and white are available at no additional cost. Color samples available upon request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gates:<\/strong> Less prone to sagging, good locking mechanisms, long-lasting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Options (Will incur extra costs): <\/strong>True iron fences or exposed picket are available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> $$<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Vinyl\/PVC Fence:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> Long-lasting PVC fencing commonly used in place of wood. Common solution for privacy fencing, but also available as picket fencing, horse fencing, and pool fencing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Maintenance-Free.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Color choices:<\/strong> Yes. White is standard. Gray, almond, and adobe are available at an additional cost. Color samples are available upon request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gates:<\/strong> Less prone to sagging, good locking mechanisms.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Options (Will incur extra costs):<\/strong> Now offering streaking and embossed patterns to give a similar wood grain look. Also available, lawn and garden supplies &#8230;(arbors, benches, flower boxes etc.) Ask for a brochure to see more items not listed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cost: $$<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Wood Fence:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> Pressure-treated southern yellow pine. 4 x 4 fence posts, 6 x 6 gate posts. 2 x 4 horizontals and 1 x 4 or 1 x 6 verticals depending on fence style. Common solution for privacy fencing, but also available as picket fencing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Owner must stain and seal fence as needed to prolong the fence life. Fence has shorter life so replacement costs are higher over time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Color choices:<\/strong> No.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gates:<\/strong> All gates are framed cedar 2 x 4&#8217;s to keep the weight lighter and delay sagging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Options (Will incur extra costs):<\/strong> Western Red Cedar is available upon request. Standard Stockade \u2014 a pre-fabricated panel \u2014is also available upon request but the size of the horizontals and verticals is smaller than our standard sizes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> $<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Split-Rail Fence:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description: <\/strong>Pressure treated pine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Fence has shorter life so replacement costs are higher over time. We do not stain or seal split-rail fencing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Color choices:<\/strong> No.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gates:<\/strong> Standard gate is picket-style with an arched cut at the top (show a photo). Split-rail gates are available upon request but there is no warranty due to their short life span.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Options: (Will incur extra costs)<\/strong> Locust hardwood is available upon request. Welded wire mesh is available.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cost:<\/strong> $<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Chain link Fence:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Description:<\/strong> Galvanized steel fencing. Common solution as a cost-effective fencing to define property in both residential and commercial settings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Maintenance:<\/strong> Galvanized will eventually rust.
